1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

5. Subscription Orders

For customers with an active subscription through Subscribee:

  • Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each subscription shipment
  • If your shipping address changes, please update it in your customer account portal before your next billing date

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Finca Vegas Arriba LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
