DISCOVER THE HONEY PROCESS

The care is
in the drying.

In the Honey process, the skin of the cherry is removed and the bean dries with some or all of its mucilage: the layer surrounding the seed. This contact during drying is part of what makes the method distinctive.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CUP

A little more
about your coffee.

How do I choose the grind?

With whole beans, you can adjust the grind when you brew. For ground coffee, choose the option for your method: French Press, Espresso, or Colao. Fine-tuning espresso also depends on your machine.

How should I store it?

Keep the bag tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light. If you buy whole beans, grind only what you need for each brew.

Where can I find shipping information?

Destinations, costs, and conditions are listed in our store's shipping policy.
