Return & Refund Policy

At Finca Vegas Arriba LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Items marked as final sale
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at fincavegasarriba@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at fincavegasarriba@gmail.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at fincavegasarriba@gmail.com
6. Subscription Orders
For orders placed through our subscription service:
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal before the next billing cycle
- Refunds for subscription orders already processed and shipped will follow the standard return policy above
- We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed if the order has been fulfilled
7. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
