Some of our products are available on a subscription basis through our subscription service powered by Subscribee. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected billing interval
  • Manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account portal
  • Receive products at the frequency selected at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. Payment must be received prior to the acceptance of an order. We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for future international orders).

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Accuracy of Information

Subscription Policy

At Finca Vegas Arriba LLC, we offer subscription options on select products to make it easy for you to receive your favorite items on a recurring basis. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. How Subscriptions Work

Our subscriptions are powered by Subscribee and integrated with Shopify's secure checkout. When you subscribe to a product, you agree to receive that product at your chosen frequency and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

2. Subscription Frequencies

Depending on the product, you may choose from available delivery frequencies such as:

  • Weekly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Monthly
  • Every 2–3 months

Available frequencies will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
  • You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — we do not store your payment information
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email to update your payment method

4. Subscription Discounts

Subscribers may receive a discount compared to the one-time purchase price. The discount amount, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.

5. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including:

  • Skipping an upcoming order
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Swapping a product
  • Changing your delivery frequency
  • Updating your shipping address or payment method
  • Cancelling your subscription

Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has already been processed will take effect for the following cycle — the current order will still be fulfilled and shipped.

We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed and fulfilled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped following the same guidelines as standard orders. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. If your shipping address changes, update it in your account portal before your next billing date.

8. Modifications to Subscription Offerings

Finca Vegas Arriba LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription product or offering at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice by email if your active subscription is affected.
